Sofie Topi (Sofia) is a freelance content editor, writer, and film critic. In her practice, she is absorbed by research as art, writing as design, and audiovisual analysis as reasoning. She often adopts editorial independence, she collects, and exercises, and composes, and orchestrates; and so she prefers to address her work as a dramatic reportage of contemporary politics and (her) view of the world. Currently, she is versed in fiction and dramaturgy.

Sofia writes for The People’s Moves and High on Films, and serves as editor for nonfiction at The Brussels Review. She also serves as the educational coordinator for the MA Information Design programme at DAE, and as the moderator for the Writing Circle at PrintRoom, Rotterdam.

Sofia studied Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (GR, 2017), Design Curation and Writing at the Design Academy Eindhoven (NL, 2021), and Storytelling for Social Change at MichiganX (2022).
